The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Jurków was erected in 1913 according to a design by J. Tarczałowicz. It is an interesting example of post-log construction, and the walls are boarded with planks arranged in a herringbone pattern.
It is a three-nave basilica with a transept. The chancel, which is narrower than the nave, and the arms of the transept are closed on three sides and covered by polygonal roofs. The church fittings include: a neo-romantic main altar from 1920 with a painting of the church’s patron and neo-romantic side altars from 1932, one of which contains a representation of the face of Christ.
