One of the Cracow's historical tenement buildings, located at no. 45, Main Square.

Its top is adorned with a sculpture of a phoenix, designed by Stanisław Wyspiański. It was Tadeusz Kościuszko's house in 1775, before his departure to America. in 1892, thanks to the Tadeusz Kościuszko Association, a plaque was placed on its wall to honour the commander, with a circular relief of his countenance made by Władysław Eljasz-Radzikowski.
